Fresh fruits, smooth chocolate and light cream. Spring pies can be as light and fruity, or rich and intense as you like! In this class, we'll learn how to make a classic, no fail scratch made pie crust in the food processor! Easy peasy flaky pastry crust every time. We'll roll it out, choose a fruit pie to bake, practice lattice and/or pie dough shapes to decorate the top and bake it to perfection. A light lunch will be served while the pies bake. This class is intended for kids 16+ or adults; but if you have a young chef, let's chat to see if this could be appropriate for them.
